  • Payment for your Purchase
    You may pay for your purchase using all major credit and debit cards via Paypal. Most countries do not require you to open a Paypal account and there are no extra charges for paying by this method. If you do wish to open an account it only takes a few minutes. Just follow the instructions when you click to purchase your pen. Payment may also be made by bank to bank transfer. Please ask for our account details if you wish to pay by this method. We can only accept payment in Sterling.
  • Delivery Charges
    UK and International delivery charges are given for each pen when you click on 'Purchase' and before your order is placed. They vary depending on the size/weight and value of the package. We try to estimate them at just under the actual cost. Please note that you will never be charged more than the actual cost. If the actual cost is less than you have paid we will refund the balance to you. In the UK delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or by Courier (normally UPS or Fedex) for large and/or high value (over £1000) items. Outside the UK delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed For, or by Courier for large and/or high value items.
  • Delivery Information
    We send pens worldwide. We will pack your pen carefully with plenty of padding material, so unless the package is seriously mishandled in transit, you will receive your purchase in perfect condition. We will normally despatch the goods to you no later than three working days after receiving a cleared payment. If for reasons beyond our control this is not possible, we will inform you by email and provide you with the expected date for despatch of your goods. Despatch of the goods may occasionally be delayed for a few days if we are abroad sourcing pens or on holiday. In that event on receipt of your purchase order we will immediately notify you of the expected despatch date, and if that is not acceptable to you will immediately refund your money in full. All packages with a UK address are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees next working day delivery. Packages sent to overseas addresses will be despatched by either Royal Mail International Signed For or by private courier service (normally UPS or Fedex). All packages are sent insured up to the value of the item. Due to problems with delivery to Italian addresses we will only send goods using a courier service if you pay using Paypal. If you are an overseas buyer, please be aware that some countries impose duties and taxes on goods imported from the United Kingdom. We understand that residents from European Union (EU) countries do not charge import duties on goods sent with the EU but we recommend that make your own checks before purchasing from us. It is your sole responsibility, not that of the seller, to pay any and all duties or taxes imposed by your country.
  • Warranty
    We warrant that the goods you receive will not vary significantly from the written details and photographs shown on our website. We provide a comprehensive written description and also provide several clear photographs, often using a macro lens which displays our pens highly magnified.

By supplying this information via e-mail or post and by using the inkwell-pens.com web site you agree to this use. When you use this site you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computers or otherwise. We will use this data to fulfil our agreement with you. We will not share information about you with any one else unless we are required to do so by law or we need to do so in order to complete our transaction with you. Although we may have some working associations with certain pen companies, manufacturers and distributors, we are neither authorized nor approved by any pen company, manufacturer or distributor mentioned within the web-sites content.   • Distance Selling Regulations
    If you change your mind about purchasing goods from us, if you can, please inform us before we have sent your purchase to you so that we can easily and quickly refund your payment in full. If you have already received your purchase, buyers who reside within the European Union have, under the Distance Selling Regulations, seven working days from receipt of the goods to cancel the transaction. You should inform us in writing by email or by telephoning us, using the number provided under Contact Information. You should return the goods to us carefully packed and at your expense by the same method used by us to send the goods to you. The pen or pens should not have been tampered with in any way and must be received in the condition sent. After inspecting the goods, we will refund your purchase price in full.
